You can create a cat makeup look for Halloween with ease.
Create a base of makeup that is even before you begin drawing your cat’s face. Use your favorite primer, concealer, and foundation to create a flawless canvas.
A smoky eye will add a touch of sultry spookiness. To make your Halloween look last, apply GloLid Primers on your eyelids. The white shadow should be applied from the crease to the eyebrow. Black shadow can be blended in where the gray and the white meet the crease of the eye to give your look depth. To create a cat’s bill, use Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner and draw a line between the middle of the nose and the top of the upper lip. Draw a line from the center of your nose to the top of your upper lip. Add some dots on either side.
